i-CARE SYSTEM — NEO 03

Get to know NEO

A practical introduction to the documented NEO reference. Installation guidance will be updated when a public release is approved.

Product overview

NEO is a Windows laboratory management product. Its documented workflow connects patients, orders, samples, result entry and report preparation.

Patient 360 supports review of visit history and numeric result trends. Clinical interpretation remains the responsibility of qualified staff.

Installation & startup

There is no approved stable installer at present. Any QA preview is for isolated testing with synthetic data only. Exact supported Windows versions, WebView2 runtime version and hardware minima have not been confirmed for a public release.

The reference installer targets x64 and creates an i-CARE System shortcut to its desktop launcher. Public setup and first-run steps must follow the instructions accompanying an approved release. Do not use developer build instructions as end-user setup.

Working through the day

Register a patient and order, then follow sample stages. Results can remain in draft before an authorized approval action.

Review patient history when needed; prepare and print reports using the desktop workflow. Doctor and external laboratory referrals have dedicated workflows.

Permissions & assistance

Available actions depend on the user’s role and granted permissions. Audit history covers supported events.

BROOT offers contextual guidance and Smart Companion feedback. The website uses one approved static pose; the desktop companion is described on the features page.

Backup & recovery

DataGuard supports backup and restore operations. Before recovery, verify the backup and follow an approved recovery procedure in an isolated environment.

A backup feature alone does not guarantee recovery. This website does not collect, inspect or accept laboratory databases or patient records.

Grounded troubleshooting

If a download is absent, the public release has not been approved here. A private QA candidate is not a substitute.

If a desktop action is unavailable, check the permissions assigned to the account through the authorized administrator. If startup fails, use the approved release guidance when available; do not disable antivirus or integrity checks.

A verified public support channel has not yet been configured. Never send patient data, license files or unredacted logs through a public channel.
